Precautionary measures
Sand and excess moisture greatly damage the coating.... The sand can enter the apartment with outdoor shoes.If rubbed, it acts as an abrasive and leaves scratches. Water causes the flooring to swell and discolor.
It is important to keep water and sand away from the surface. Therefore, you need to lay a rug near the front door. When it rains, the windows are closed. And washing is carried out with a slightly damp cloth. Damages parquet and air dry. In a room with a wooden floor, the humidity should be at the level of 50%. In this case, the air temperature should be within + 19 + 25 degrees. In winter, when the heaters are working, it is advisable to use a humidifier. If an air conditioner is used in the summer, do not direct the air downward.

- it is not recommended to carry out wet cleaning too often;
- for cleaning you can not choose products with abrasive components;
- chlorine-based formulations should not be used;

If wet cleaning is carried out every 8 days, then a protective layer is applied monthly. In case of rare wet cleaning, it is enough to apply a protective base once every 3 months.
To restore the original appearance, use a special oil. The oil base preserves the radiance and saturation of the shades, prevents drying out and protects against exposure to ultraviolet rays.

Natural oiled floors require regular cleaning with cleaning agents. The frequency of wet cleaning depends on the characteristics of the operation. Most often, cleaning of wet floors is carried out every 3-6 months.
UV oil
Dry cleaning of UV-treated floors is carried out once every 6 days. Wet cleaning is recommended no more than once every 14 months. It is advisable to cover the floor with a protective layer every two years.

Some species of wood (oak, maple) are particularly sensitive to humidity, so it is recommended to wax the edges of the boards. After applying a protective layer, wet cleaning is excluded for 12 days.
