There are many opinions on how to quickly defrost the dough, someone advises to spend 5 or 10 minutes on the procedure. But such a rapid increase in temperature indicators is unlikely to have a positive effect on the quality of the product and bakery products that should be made from it.

It is best to defrost gradually according to the following diagram:

  1. Remove the container from the freezer and place it in the refrigerator.
  2. Wait a few minutes, up to half an hour, then remove the container or bowl.
  3. Leave the container at room temperature, but don't thaw it completely - only until it's half cooked.
