To fix penofol, glue is used more often than liquid nails, due to which the environmentally friendly and fire-resistant material firmly adheres to the surface.
How penofol and isofol are obtained
Light and thin insulation used in construction, the automotive industry and produced in rolls is divided into several types. All types of penofol are made from polyethylene foam, with one or both sides subjected to foil.A composition with a special protected coating is applied to the self-adhesive material.
Isofol is obtained from soft and elastic polyethylene, which adheres to various surfaces, cuts well and serves for a long time. The sheet material has excellent insulating and reflective properties, is easy to attach and has low thermal conductivity.

"Titanium"
Titan Wild has been used in construction and renovation work to bond different surfaces together since the 90s. "Neoprene-2136"
In order for polyethylene foam to perform the functions of insulation and insulating material, it can be attached to the wall cleaned and treated with an antiseptic solution with the spray "Neoprene-2136".The glue is rubber-based, contains additives and fillers in the form of silicon dioxide and calcium silicate, provides adhesion in a quarter of an hour. The compound is resistant to acetone, alcohol, aliphatic hydrocarbons.
"Ceresit"
High-adhesion construction glue allows you to fix polypenoids and ceramics even on surfaces prone to shrinkage.

Glue, based on gypsum and additives, is poured with cold water and applied in portions along the center and along the sheet. The board to be glued is pressed against the base and placed in a plane.

BF-4
Butyral-phenolic glue connects metal surfaces, textile fabrics, leather, glass, wood. A durable seam does not dissolve with gasoline, is not afraid of moisture. The BF-4 ideally contains products exposed to bending and shock. With the hot exposure method, the parts are bonded together in 40 minutes.With the cold method, the composition is applied in 2 layers with an interval of half an hour.
How to prepare the surface
Before applying the glue, the wall and ceiling must be cleaned of dirt, grease, leveled, dried and, if necessary, treated with sandpaper. Cracks on the concrete surface should be putty.
How to ride
Penofol is glued so that the film side remains inside the part. To strengthen the thermal insulation, an air gap of 20 mm is created. To anchor a panel:
- Glue is applied to the surface, the edges are spread.

It is not necessary to plaster the joints, since they are filled with putty.
For fastening to the surface of expanded polystyrene, you can not use glue containing acetone, white spirit, gasoline, solvents destroy the structure of the material. If the composition hardens for a long time, it is recommended to press the plates against the plane until the glue hardens.
